Bluesky work with a number of clients as Technical Advisors building on our architectural knowledge. We have been appointed by the DfE to provide technical advice and design support for Primary, Secondary and SEND provision.
The Design Technical Advisory service includes undertaking all the professional services needed to deliver the capital projects including, but not limited to:
- Outline Site Appraisal
- Feasibility Studies including DfE Schedule of Accommodation analysis and preparation.
- Architectural design and space planning.
- BIM Design and expertise to manage data communicated through BIM.
- Detailed knowledge and application of the relevant Output Specification / Generic Design Brief
- Attendance at Contractor / Client Engagement Meetings
- Detailed Contractors Proposals Analysis and commentary
We ensure that the work meets appropriate professional, technical, quality, safety and environmental standards and current Government social responsibility standards.
