We believe that a brief should be far more than a schedule of accommodation. We are committed to interrogating client supplied information in order to drive out best practice and opportunities to incorporate added value. We advise on project delivery routes, legal implications, health, safety and financial issues affecting all aspects of construction.

Environmental Best Practice

blue sky takes environmental issues seriously and we see them as a beneficial opportunity to drive out excellence in the built environment. blue sky environmental facilitates value engineering and targeted investment by conducting SAP assessments, ensures environmental best practice by carrying out NEAT, DEC, BREAM and EcoHomes assessments, and creates Carbon Reduction reports which are key to achieving a broader lifetime efficiency of buildings and facilities.

We can also provide a Carbon Reduction implementation programme including the provision of Green Energy with support from Green2Go, a fellow Equity Solutions Group company.

Interior Design

blue sky can design interior schemes to meet client requirements and ensure continuity of style throughout the building. Through the design and delivery of bespoke furniture and fittings to the highly specialised healthcare planning requirements, blue sky healthcare leads the market in the creation of exemplar responses to our NHS clients service delivery needs. Collaboration with specialist suppliers has contributed to an extremely comprehensive design service.

Building Surveying

Our highly qualified and experienced personnel enable us to offer building surveying and assessment services. Services include measured surveys, condition and dilapidation surveys, health and safety reports, fire safety investigations and operation and management efficiency surveys.

Disability Discrimination Act Access Audits

We carry out DDA access audits and provide recommendation reports on a wide range of buildings including: GP surgeries, health centres, hospitals, offices, retail outlets, civic buildings and community centres.
